Your Task’s
- Operation, policy management, event analysis and reporting of different antimalware solution
- Responsible for maintaining, managing, and administering the antispam and encryption environments, including daily monitoring tasks
- Advisory and support services to customer with regards of the above products and their operation.
- Collaboration with various teams, vendors, and colleagues across the globe
- Managing and maintaining different platforms
- Incident handling and Change management
- Preparing and introduction of new releases
- Creating and updating processes
Végzettség:
- At least intermediate English language skill. German is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of network design, infrastructure, and components
- Basic understanding of Linux and Microsoft products
- Basic understanding of different mailing systems
- Basic knowledge of encryption and certificates
- Customer-oriented approach and precision
- Quick understanding of complex problems
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Good communication skill
- Team player attitude
