Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the bank’s operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and financial performance targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of banking professionals to enhance performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate customers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
Analyze financial reports, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, including cross-selling financial products and services.
Collaborate with executive management to formulate long-term business strategies.
Manage high-level customer service issues and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Represent the bank in industry events, networking activities, and professional forums.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for financial performance indicators.
Proficiency in banking software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
