Senior catering manager
Our partner, a prominent supplier to the luxury and premium catering and events sector, is looking for a Senior Catering Manager.

Feladatok
- Event planning: end-to-end planning and follow up of events
- Main contact on-site, during events
- Administration: creation and maintenance of evaluation documents, documentation of event related materials
- Budget management, including event accounting
- Contact with customers, internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Quality assurance of the brand
Elvárások
- Advanced, specialised degree
- Fluent and confident knowledge of English
- Several years of experience in event and project management (ideally in international, premium environment)
- In-depth knowledge of the gastronomy sector
- Driving licence (B)
- Team oriented, proactive, but also independent working style
- Great negotiating skills
- Ambitious, growth and client oriented mindset
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
