Feladatok
- Leading M&A transactions and bank financing projects independently
- Analysis and preparation of company valuations and business plans
- Managing and performing tasks related to financial and business due diligence
- Analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
- Preparation of decision support presentations, financial models, return on investment calculations
- Preparation of teasers and information memorandums
- Analysis of market trends, industry competitor, forecasting
- Coaching junior colleagues, client liaison
Elvárások
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Accountancy
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Experience in business planning, business valuation, analysis of accounting reports, data management)
- Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and taxation
- Fluency in written and spoken business English
- Experience in business planning, business valuation, analysis of accounting reports, data management
- Active problem solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
