Feladatok

• Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets;
• Be responsible for the set-up of production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved;
• Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment;
• Support customer audits;
• Assist in various duties to project management team and operations director.

Elvárások

• Higher education degree;
• Fluent English, Hungarian, and Chinese language skill;
• At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness and leadership skills;
• Taking on site work in Debrecen, Hungary.
