Serbian speaking First Line Analyst

Feladatok
  • Responding to support queries through phone, email, and tools
  • Ensuring daily communication with users across Europe
  • Addressing IT issues faced by our partners during office operations
  • Documenting and logging calls in the ticketing system
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction levels

Elvárások
