Site service engineer

Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for an Site service engineer, who will be responsible for the following tasks: 

Feladatok

  • Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors on the basis of concluded contracts and orders, min. in order to:
    • Gates, barriers, turnstiles service
    • Mechanical system operation (HVAC, AC, cooling systems)
    • Mechanical system maintenance
    • Soft service of building (e.g.furnitures, devices for office)
    • Completion of OT documents (technical acceptance)

  • Preparation and updating of contracts with subcontractors and supervising their proper implementation.

    • Supervision of the archive of documentation,

    • Cleaning service

    • Security service

    • Pet prevention

    • Vending machines

  • Providing up-to-date documentation for facilities (documenting changes; availability of operating and operating instructions etc.)

 

Elvárások

  • Minimum one year of work in a technical department with similar responsibilities
  • Medium or higher education
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations in the field of infrastructure management (Construction Law, ISO 50001, ISO45001, ISO14001)
  • Computer and office equipment support – MS OFFICE software; AutoCAD
