Feladatok:
- Evaluate the language correctness of outsource agency responses for product reviews, product questions; and posts, comments, private messages on Sony social media accounts
- Give written feedback and suggestions for improvement to outsource agency
- Possible ad hoc verbal feedback in quality calls may occur together with outsource agency
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status
- Advanced English or Hungarian knowledge (for inner, work-related communication with team)
- High proficiency (C1 or higher) written Spanish
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
Working time
- Flexible working hours on weekdays
- 7 hours per week, 28 hours/ month
