Solution Architecture & Design
- Oversee the full lifecycle of solution design for complex, multi-technology environments
- Define frameworks that balance client needs, delivery feasibility, and profitability
- Guarantee solutions align with cost, timeline, and quality expectations while supporting growth objectives
- Validate technical soundness and practical deliverability of proposed architectures
- Translate business requirements into actionable, customer-centric solutions
- Manage scope adjustments during delivery to maintain alignment with agreed objectives
- Develop reusable components and accelerators to streamline future solution development
Sales Partnership & Enablement
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure pre-sales strategies complement overall sales goals
- Support advanced sales cycles through presentations, demos, and technical deep dives
- Represent solutions in key client meetings, articulating value and approach clearly
- Provide expert input during strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
Proposal Development
- Lead the creation of persuasive proposals, statements of work, and contractual inputs
- Ensure accurate scoping, highlighting dependencies and potential risks
- Adhere to governance processes for risk assessment and mitigation
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Direct virtual teams comprising technical, delivery, and service specialists
- Work closely with sales, bid, and product teams to shape viable solutions
- Partner with delivery teams to confirm implementation feasibility
- Align offerings with product roadmaps and regulatory requirements
- Share market and customer insights with product and delivery teams to influence future capabilities
Market Insight & Competitive Positioning
- Formulate strategies that differentiate offerings in a competitive landscape
- Provide leadership with intelligence on market trends and competitor activity
- Analyze performance data to refine solution strategies and improve win rates
- Identify emerging opportunities for new services or packaged solutions
Culture & Continuous Improvement
- Take ownership of outcomes, driving accountability and responsibility
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable assets across teams
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement to elevate daily operations

Elvárások
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, solution architecture, technical leadership or related fields
- Proven track record of supporting large, complex sales opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of solution strategy and multi-domain designs (networking, cloud, WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, security, collaboration, contact centers)
- Broad understanding of Digital Infrastructure and Digital Workplace technologies, plus emerging trends like AI
- Builds effective partnerships across pre-sales and delivery teams
- Promotes accountability, customer focus, and a proactive mindset
- Understands scope changes and P&L impact
- Protects profitability and identifies cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Builds strong relationships and delivers impactful presentations
