This position is responsible for designing and implementing the technical elements of the Minimum Technology Blueprint, ensuring that national subsidiaries have a robust digital infrastructure.

It is a fixed-term contract (24 months) with possible extensions.

Solution Architect & Technical Lead (IT Support & Operations)

  • Developing digital architecture and IT security strategies
  • Optimizing and managing network, cloud, and security systems
  • Assessing the technological maturity of national subsidiaries and providing strategic guidance
  • Collaborating with global partners and managing IT projects
  • Implementing IT infrastructure and Microsoft-based solutions (M365, Azure, Defender)
  • Leading teams, conducting training, and mentoring professionals

Elvárások
  • Degree in IT engineering
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure and data center management
  • 5+ years leading complex international IT projects
  • 3+ years managing security systems and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Strong PowerShell expertise
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft M365/Azure Security, CCNA)
  • Analytical mindset, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
