Team Leader - Operational purchasing
Our partner is looking for a looking for a Team Leader, who will supervise and develop the operational purchasing team.
Feladatok
- Supervising, mentoring and developing the operational purchasing team
- Ensuring all operative purchasing activities are conducted efficiently, in compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Supporting Production Planning for delivery of raw material, semi-finished and finish good
- Ensuring adequate stock level of raw and auxiliary material
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Implementing best practices to improve operational purchasing efficiency
- Collaborating with Strategic Purchasers, Critical Parts Managers and various departments to understand their operational needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Participation in annual inventory
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing
- At least 2 years in a leadership role in procurement field
- Fluent English is a must, German language is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ERP System Purchasing operation in SAP (other fields is an advantage)
- Ability to analyse data, good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Load capacity, flexibility, good problem solving ability
- Working independently and in team, logical way of thinking
- Strong background in operational purchasing, good leadership skills and keen eye for details
