Welding Sales representative
Our partner is a world leader in welding and cutting equipment and consumables. They offer a complete line of fabrication solutions for virtually every application.
Feladatok
- Map sales territory potential for the company flow business portfolio (filler metals, protective equipment, and welding equipment), understanding the welding customer base and competitive situation in the territory.
- Develop and execute the growth plan for priority direct accounts and Standard / Premium ranked distributors.
- Contribute to and execute the business plan with Platinum and Gold distributors.
- Value sells the company flow business portfolio to direct accounts, distributor end customers.
- Establish strong business relationships with key persons at direct accounts and distributors (including decision makers).
- Keep up to date on the company flow business product range and its Points of Differentiation (POD) vs. competitor products.
- Work in cooperation with Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer Industrial Welding Equipment & Solutions, Product Managers, and Welding Process Specialists.
- Follow all commercial standard work in the sales area (including use of CRM, account plans, opportunity, and funnel management).
Elvárások
- Education in technical engineering field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the welding industry.
- Willingness to travel inside Hungary.
- Type B driving license.
- Sales foundations, negotiation skills, self-discipline, and autonomy in planning and execution.
- Confident MS Excel & MS Word knowledge.
- Engineering university degree specialization in welding.
- CRM experience.
- Experience in a global organization.
