    What You'll Do:

    Reporting Automation & Insight Generation (The Passion for Data)

  •              Eliminate Manual Reporting: Your focus will be eliminating manual reporting within the Commercial team by achieving complete automation of sales data and pipeline status reporting within the first year. The same will be applicable for business reporting.

  •              Uncover Patterns: Proactively leverage data and analytics to uncover commercial insights and identify hidden process inefficiencies.

  •              Global Data Alignment: Conduct global coordination across various teams to align on reporting definitions, data fields, and process flows.

    Strategic Collaboration (The Great Team Spirit)

  •              Solution-Driven Support: Partner with Commercial Leadership to define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales compensation plans. Drive process improvement initiatives that increase sales team productivity and reduce sales cycle friction.

  •              Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with Finance, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between systems and processes (e.g., lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash).

What You'll Bring:

This is a pivotal role for a hands-on, solution-driven individual, where you will be the owner of our sales data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and process efficiency. You'll be responsible for optimizing our sales processes and CRM systems, driving automation and reporting accuracy across all workflows. Your primary mission, and passion, will be to achieve complete reporting automation and establish a single source of truth for all sales data and pipeline status within one year. This is a critical role for scaling our sales organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Bring

  •              Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in a Business Operations role with a focus on business reporting and driving the Executive agenda of the Commercial department.

  •              Expertise and demonstratable experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), workflow automation, and process improvement methodologies.

  •              A proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive commercial insights and operational efficiency.

  •              A strong, solution-driven mindset and ability to translate high-level commercial objectives into technical system requirements and actionable process steps.

  •              Exceptional communication, team spirit, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  •              Strong business acumen and understanding of the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close.

  •              Prior experience in running the Business Operations at Executive level, including reporting and moderating business review calls, as well as ability to create business review decks.
