Cleaning and Process Validation Expert

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with GMP rules and regulations in manufacturing processes
• Continuously monitoring the application of GMP rules and regulations
• Participating in regular internal audits, leading audits, and preparing reports
• Managing changes related to products and processes
• Preparing, Managing and Participating in cleaning validation
• Preparing, Managing and Participating in process validation
• Providing internal training for production staff to ensure GMP knowledge
• Monitoring the GMP knowledge of production personnel
• Preparing for audits based on external and internal regulations, including assembling and supervising documents
• Actively participating in the preparation of audit-related documentation
• Actively participating in project tasks
• Preparing PQR (Product Quality Review), contributing to evaluations, and ensuring completion within deadlines
• Preparing VMP (Validation Master Plan), contributing to evaluations, and ensuring completion within deadlines
• Leading investigations and drafting reports
• Supporting product release activities
• Supervising the implementation of corrective actions
• Assisting in the investigation of product complaints
• Reviewing, updating, and creating new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education degree
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of biology, microbiology, and natural sciences
• High-level implementation, planning, and management skills
• Teamwork, systematic and analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
• Advanced computer skills
