Fejlesztési Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Implement and monitor process improvements aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and increased customer service levels
• Ensure the achievement of production goals in terms of quantity and quality while maintaining deadlines
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Update budget standards and take corrective actions in case of deviations
• Prepare and track smaller Capex plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Participate in external/internal audits to ensure adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop cost-reduction measures for production areas
• Maintain communication with the maintenance team to follow up on measures aimed at increasing productivity
• Contribute to the development of mid- and long-term strategies
• Prepare decision-making materials for the Capex approval process
• Lead smaller projects or contribute to larger project teams
• Develop project plans, track progress, report to management, and maintain communication with stakeholders and sponsors
• Lead the project team, provide feedback, and develop team members

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical technology or managerial experience
• Technical/Mechanical Knowledge
• Knowledge of IT tools and software
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Familiarity with regulations and standards
• Lean methodologies, project and budget management
• Fluent in English
