CTS Sales Engineer (Customer Support)
Our partner in Makó is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer focusing on Customer Technical Support. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, where you can leverage your engineering support expertise and contribute to the company's success.
Feladatok
- Responsible for maintaining customer resources, providing product follow-up services, understanding customer suggestions, needs, complaints, etc., and coordinating follow-up, organizing quality improvement.
- Assisting the sales department in customer service, including handling customer complaints.
- On-site knowledge of customer complaints, customer visits.
- Responsible for quality supervision and management of logistics.
- Regular audits of external warehouses, spot checks on shipments and vehicles.
- Assist the department manager in the implementation of corrective actions and the tracking of non-conforming products.
- A collated analysis of the results of a customer satisfaction survey.
Elvárások
- Bsc or Msc degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical and quality management in the manufacturing industry
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical judgement and the ability to deal with emergencies.
- Proactive and self-motivated
- English is a must
