Feladatok
- Provide customer service via phone, email and chat
- Address customer problems and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Elvárások
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in German/French/Polish/Italian/Dutch/Czech/Serbian/Spanish is an advantage
