English speaking Senior HR Systems Analyst (Talent Acquisition & SuccessFactors)
Feladatok
- Provide hands-on support and expert system administration for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules
- Own configuration, permissions, and user access in line with global governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, partnering with SAP support when needed
- Drive enhancements, integrations, and testing to keep our partner's systems future-ready
- Collaborate with global TA teams to identify process improvements and innovative solutions
- Deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards that empower decision-making
- Create engaging training and clear documentation for HR and TA teams worldwide
- Contribute to HR tech projects and continuous improvement initiatives that make an impact
Elvárások
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support
- Ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements
- Fluency in English
Advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow integration
- Experience with SuccessFactors Story Reporting
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules
- Maintenance of SuccessFactors Roles and Permissions
- Familiarity with provisioning and release management in SuccessFactors
- Experience in a shared service or global organisation
- Other languages (French or German.)
