German speaking sourcer

Our multinational partner - as one of the world’s leading suppliers of intelligent automation solutions -  is currently looking for a German Speaking Sourcer - EMEA to join their team. 

Feladatok

  • utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
  • analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews,
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,

Elvárások

  • fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing and engaging candidates,
  • a University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies,

  • exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
