Job Description
► Responsible for the Social Media channels from Bosch DIY & Garden tools globally
► Derive social media strategies and tactics and steer implementation in close collaboration with the regional touchpoint managers
► Transfer marketing concepts into Social Media activities across all channels
► Responsible for channel mix, touchpoint selection, content planning, content development, and optimization
► Define KPI's, monitoring, reporting and derive actions
► Recognize trends in Social Media environment to drive further development of Bosch Social Media channels
► Being a Social Media ambassdor and enable marketing team members in regions and countries
Qualifications
► Deep knowledge of Social Media Marketing, min 3 years of working experience in leading online marketing function of B2C business
► Strong strategical and conceptional thinking
► Analytical skills and ability to transfer user insights into Social Media Marketing Concept
► Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders on different levels
► Teamplayer
► Result oriented
► Strong user centred approach
► Self- responsible
► Business fluent in English
► Project management skills – used to lead cross functional teams
► UX and Agile working methods
