- Coordinating training and development processes across the company,
- Actively contributing to the design of the internal training framework,
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring corporate training and development programs,
- Developing, updating, and customizing training materials in line with business needs,
- Liaising with internal trainers, external training partners, and service providers,
- Actively supporting and coordinating the onboarding process,

Maintaining records and preparing reports.
Elvárások:
- Higher education degree,
- Several years of experience in the field of Training & Development,
- Active command of English, both written and spoken,
- Category B driving licence.
