We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our rapidly growing greenfield investment partner. As the leader of the Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, building the HR infrastructure, and attracting top talent to drive the success of the new ventures.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.   • Taking responsibility for the company’s human resource management system

  • Innovate and educate organization culture and the advice of employees' values

  • Coordinating and developing the HR team

  • Settle and implement the training management structure

  • Developing the company’s salary system

  • Developing and implementing HR strategy

  • Develop internal HR policies

  • Preparing HR reports, statistics, presentations, summaries, analyses

  • Providing HR-related support to managers

  • Cooperation with partner organisations, external HR partners and authorities

  • College degree in Human Resource or Psychology

  • HR-related legal knowledge is required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field and at least 2 years of leadership experience

  • Communication level English skills (both orally and in writing)

  • Excellent knowledge of human resources regulations and laws

  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills and being able to take responsibility

  • Being organised, self motivated and independent
