As the leader of the Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, building the HR infrastructure, and attracting top talent to drive the success of the new ventures.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. Taking responsibility for the company’s human resource management system
Innovate and educate organization culture and the advice of employees' values
Coordinating and developing the HR team
Settle and implement the training management structure
Developing the company’s salary system
Developing and implementing HR strategy
Develop internal HR policies
Preparing HR reports, statistics, presentations, summaries, analyses
Providing HR-related support to managers
Cooperation with partner organisations, external HR partners and authorities
College degree in Human Resource or Psychology
HR-related legal knowledge is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field and at least 2 years of leadership experience
Communication level English skills (both orally and in writing)
Excellent knowledge of human resources regulations and laws
Outstanding communication and coordination skills and being able to take responsibility
Being organised, self motivated and independent
