Lead Customer Engagement: You'll be the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring our customers' needs are met quickly and professionally.

Own the Sales Process: You'll manage the entire inside sales cycle, from generating quotes and making key pricing decisions to processing orders and handling returns.

Collaborate and Solve: You'll work closely with internal teams to overcome challenges like blocked orders and non-compliant requests, ensuring seamless execution.

Optimize and Improve: You'll actively look for ways to make our processes more efficient, directly contributing to our department's growth and success.

Elvárások

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales, order management or customer service role.

• You are fluent in both English and French.

• You have a strong understanding of the entire sales process, from quoting to order management.

• You are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills.

• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.

• You are commercially aware and have a flexible mindset.
