• Contribute to the development and implementation of a new Finance Hub, setting best practices for the future.
• Manage accounting operations for all global entities using centralized processes.
• Focus on the Record to Report (R2R) requirements for European entities.
• Provide valuable business partnering support to designated European entities.
• Maintain and ensure Internal Controls are consistently strong.
• Collaborate effectively with the IT department for improved quality and reporting.
• Assist with monthly and yearly accounting closing procedures and activities.
• Contribute to year-end audit tasks.

Elvárások

We're looking for you, if:

• You possess a degree in finance or a comparable professional accounting qualification (ACCA, etc.).
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a professional finance environment, ideally within an international context.
• You have end-to-end experience with a focus on Record-to-Report accounting.
• Your English is fluent (near-native level).
• You have practical experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP systems).
• You are proficient in MS Office applications.
• You are highly initiative-driven, possess strong communication skills, and can effectively lead process and team-oriented changes.

Experience working with international teams, developing solutions, and adapting to change is highly advantageous.
