Feladatok:
- Tracking stock movements
- Recording and updating data in Excel with the transport department and partners
- Managing and documenting inbound deliveries
- Maintaining warehouse data (storage locations, inventory adjustments)
- Closing disputes in the SURE system based on supporting evidence
- Processing material movements (customs clearance, storage location changes)
- Creating logistics claims in the DHL system (LOR)
- Handling data transfer documents in SAP (iDocs)
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
- Experience in extra-curricular activities
