Feladatok
- Lead and manage the P2P accounting team, setting goals and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor and report on team performance using KPIs.
- Oversee monthly closing controls, reconciliations, and troubleshoot complex cases.
- Support the design and implementation of new processes and projects.
- Facilitate the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
- Participate in audits and preparation of reports and performance reviews.

- Degree in finance or economics; IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience in the accounting field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
