Feladatok:
As a German-Speaking Payroll Specialist, you will:

Collect and calculate payroll input to ensure accurate processing

Adhere to defined processes to maintain compliance and control

Collaborate with payroll vendors to manage employee, statutory, and third-party payments on time

Deliver payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders promptly

Support year-end tax processes in accordance with country-specific legislation
-
Serve as the first point of contact for payroll and tax-related queries

Maintain detailed payroll manuals and instructions

Assist internal and external audit teams as required

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll processing

Identify and implement process improvements within assigned countries and beyond

Participate in business or functional projects as needed

At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing

German language knowledge (at least intermediate level) and English (fluent); experience with Austrian, Swiss, or German payroll is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with colleagues at all levels

Previous experience in a Shared Services or Payroll environment is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables and Lookups)

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills

Strong organizational skills to meet strict payroll deadlines

Customer-focused mindset to ensure efficient resolution of payroll queries

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation
