Feladatok:
● Lead the payroll processing for EMEA countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations in line with global policies and local regulations.
● Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless payroll service delivery and address any payroll-related issues promptly.
● Act as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for employees in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
● Oversee the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll reports, tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
● Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction through strategic process enhancements.
● Safeguard the confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy and regulatory requirements.

In this position, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring
compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for employees across multiple countries. As part of a global team, you'll help drive operational excellence and enhance the overall payroll
function while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
● Extensive experience in payroll management (7-10 years) within a multinational environment, including managing payroll processes across multiple countries.
● Proven track record of managing payroll teams (2-3 direct reports) and collaborating with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service.
● Strong proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on driving system optimization and efficiency.
● Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
● Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another major European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.
● CIPP certification is highly preferred, along with relevant practical experience in payroll and compliance.
