  • Strategic processing and further development of customer base (architectural offices, planners, retailers and construction departments of authorities and institutions)

  • Identify and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct technical lighting consultations, offering expert advice and support.

  • Maintain strong relationships with trading partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations in collaboration with other departments.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of overall sales and business development strategies.

Our client is a leading company in the lighting industry, seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to drive growth and expand their market presence.

We're looking for you, if:

  • You hold a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture (preferred), or a related sales/business management qualification.

  • You possess 4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the lighting industry or luxury architectural equipment sector.

  • You have a proven track record in sales negotiations and cross-cultural business dealings.

  • You possess strong project planning, management, and execution skills.

  • You are proficient in using CRM software.

  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
