Feladatok
Your tasks will be:
- managing and monitoring FM activities
- liaising with tenants
- settling utility bills with tenants
- managing OPEX and CAPEX
- tendering maintenance and other suppliers
- concluison of contracts
Elvárások
- University degree (preferably as a Mechanical engineer or Electrical engineer)
- Fluent English
- structured thinking
- problem solver attitude
- good sense of prioritisation
