Regional HR Business Partner - Commercial
Our Partner, who is a key player in the animal health-care industry, is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support commercial related business functions.
Strong HR generalist knowledge, stakeholder management and fluent English are indispensable for this role.
Feladatok

HR Strategic planning in alignment with global strategy

Benchmark policies, adapt global policies to local needs and write local policies if required

Lead local people reviews and succession planning process

Propose annual training plans, consolidating job families trainings requirements and local needs

Manage organizational transformations, run change management plans

Execute performance and Comp & Ben processes and guidelines
-
Ensure rollout and adaptation of corporate guidelines locally

Map and perform compensation diagnosis by population

HR system usage, ensure data accuracy and integrity
-
Manage day-to-day organizational changes

Review annual workforce planning
-
Drive local action planning and execution to improve employee engagement

Support site directors
Elvárások

University degree
-
Fluent English & Hungarian knowledge is a must (French is a plus)

Having previous experience in a multinational/global company in: Compensation & benefits, talent management, recruitment, change management, HR strategy creation
