Feladatok:

  • Define the strategic direction of the brand portfolio based on market trends and consumer insights.

  • Maintain brand integrity and achieve short- and long-term goals.

  • Plan and control the budget to meet financial targets.

  • Collaborate closely with local teams and the central office.

  • Lead annual brand plans and execute marketing initiatives.

  • Oversee external agencies for cost-effective and impactful execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior.

  • Drive the introduction of new products and development of existing ones.

 

Our partner is a global food company that offers delicious and nutritious products across four growing categories: spreads, dairy products, liquid products, and cheeses. Its well-known brands are available in over 100 countries, focusing on health-conscious solutions while committed to sustainability and natural ingredients. They’re looking for a Strategic Brand Manager who, in addition to managing the team, is involved in strategic planning for the brand in the region.

  • Higher education degree in business, economics, or marketing.

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong digital affinity.

  • Extensive experience in consumer activation and innovation management.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.

  • International experience on this field is a must
  • Open-minded attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to ongoing changes.
