Team Leader (Administration group)

We are looking for a Team Leader (Administration group), for one of Hungary's leading companies in the industry. Feladatok

  • Managing the administration department, where colleagues provide support by telephone, in writing and in person
  • Motivating the team, setting development plans, holding one-to-one meetings
  • Ensuring effective team collaboration and customer focus
  • Managing, regularly monitoring, documenting and measuring administrative tasks
  • Quality improvement, establishing and maintaining effective processes
  • Support professional processes, including: premium registration, proposal evaluation, contract management and registration, forms management
  • Monitoring of the registration and enrolment of insurance intermediaries
  • Reporting to the operational manager
  • Day-to-day liaison with partner departments

Elvárások

  • At least 2-5 years of team leadership experience, preferably in the following areas: finance, insurance, legal, customer service or sales
  • Bsc Degree
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Confident Office skills, good knowledge of Pivot table
  • Outstanding accuracy, independence, proactivity and determination
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset, effective conflict management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written
