Learning & Development Talent manager
Our partner, one of the world's largest automotive players, is seeking a new, proactive Learning & Development Talent Manager.

Feladatok
- Managing and coordinating the entire recruitment process
- Planning and implementing recruitment/training budgets
- Managing a HR team of 4-6 people
- Organising external and internal training
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants
- Representing the company in professional programmes
- Preparing and implementing training plans
- Preparing reports and briefings in English
- Development of a performance appraisal system.
Elvárások
- At least intermediate, active knowledge of English
- Higher education in economics
- High level of knowledge of MS Office programs
- Category B driving licence
- Several years of experience in white collar selection
