Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals.

They will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored product solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  2. Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Customize solutions based on client needs and answer questions related to product features and pricing.
  3. Relationship Building and Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
    • Close sales to meet or exceed set revenue targets.
  5. Sales Reporting and Record-Keeping:
    • Document all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
    • Provide weekly or monthly sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics to inform future strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred but not mandatory - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
