Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:

Senior HR Specialist- Recruitment

Feladatok

  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions;
  • Developing own network of suitable candidates, networking with potential hires through various institutions, professional groups on social media and during events;
  • Focusing primarily on acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization;
  • Networking with various institutions and social media;
  • Hosting and participating in job fairs;
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions, creating and publish job ads in various portals;
  • Screening resumes and job applications;
  • Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
  • Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles;
  • Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
  • Preparing job offers;
  • Filling positions within our organization;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees;
  • Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end;
  • Handling of administration and record-keeping;
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings;
  • Building reports on regularly and annual hiring plans.

Elvárások

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field;
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook; Profession;
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices;
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously;
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR;
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role;
  • Al least 2 years proven experience in blue-collar recruitment;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Management software;
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Hungarian end English;
  • Excellent record keeping;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Team spirit.
