As Talent Management Partner, Hubs, you will be joining a dynamic global Talent COE for hubs that consists of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, Talent Operations and Employer Branding teams. While this role reports directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Head, Hubs, the incumbent will work with Global Talent Management Head, Hubs for all activities.

As Talent Management Partner for Hubs, you’ll be responsible for supporting managers and leaders to identify the right talents, take intentional and meaningful development actions and contribute to building the succession pipeline for hubs.
Main responsibilities:
As the Talent Management Partner for Hubs, you will be a key advisor on all aspects of Talent Management to support the business which includes be responsible for operationalizing the talent strategy in your business area, know the key talents to ensure a diverse pipeline and serve as a thought leader to senior leadership for all matters related to Talent Management
- Talent Advisor: Serve as a key advisor for Leaders and P&C around talent management to create and develop solutions. Strong collaboration on the integrated talent agenda (Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Early Talent & Talent Management) so there is a robust local activation of the strategic plan.
- Talent Density: Partner with the TM Lead, business and P&C to identify key capability areas to build a comprehensive talent approach. Know and engage key talent and serve as career advisor to support their development.
- Potential for Growth and Succession pipeline: Support the Potential for Growth Talent Cycle by ensuring strong engagement with the business and P&C community. Play a key role in building capability of leaders around assessment of potential, potential for what and ensuring leaders build rich development plans with Leadership talent.
- Capability planning: In partnership with Organization Development, Capability & Transformation (OC&T) to identify key skills and capabilities needed for specific GBU/GF talent pools.
- Talent Intelligence: Bring in a “data driven approach” using HR analytics to track key talent metrics and provide insights for decision-making, presenting findings to senior leadership and recommending adjustments to talent management strategies as needed.
- Partner with PBP, local talent teams and business to ensure strong talent visibility, encourage and promote bold and cross moves & identify nominations for programs-to support accelerated development.

Experience:
- Proven experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of talent programs, employee development, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in a hub environment is preferred but not required.
Technical skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Soft skills:
- Exceptional relationship building and influence skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, and in an international matrix environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools to inform data-driven decision-making.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Languages: Fluency in English.
